BROADWAY BABIES

For ages 2-4. This class combines art, music, and dance. We use play and creative movement to give our dancers the foundation they need to grow.

ABC'S OF MUSICAL THEATER

For ages 4-6. Young aspiring performers learn the basics of the three components of a musical: dancing, acting, and singing. We use games, song, and dance to enhance the abilities and confidence of our young dancers.

BALLET

Students will learn ballet fundamentals and terminology while developing strength, confidence, balance, and flexibility. Ballet technique and terminology are taught through the execution of barre work, center, and across the floor.

TAP

Designed to develop rhythm, style, and sound. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.

JAZZ

A fun and funky style that focuses on isolations of the body, improving performance quality, and developing complex rhythm and patterns.

MUSICAL THEATER

Students learn all aspects of a musical: acting, singing, dancing, auditioning, as well as how to play supporting and lead roles in a production.

HIP HOP

A high energy class that encourages students to bring their own individual style and personality. Students are taught musicality, coordination, and choreography through different styles of hip hop- like breaking, house, shuffle, and waacking to name a few!

CONTEMPORARY

An artistic style that is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Students are taught technique, musicality, artistry, and how to express emotion with a strong focus on floor work, transitions, and style.

MODERN

It develops the use of the entire body to express abstract ideas. Students focus on contractions, spirals, basic floor work, and elemental concepts of space, time, and force.

ACRO

Blending dance and acrobatics, this class conditions the dancer through strength, flexibility, core, balance, and cardiovascular exercises.

POINTE

For students with previous ballet training. Students are taught body alignment, placement of the feet, and the manner in which a dancer transitions en pointe. Correct alignment and ballet technique is essential, therefore the instructor must determine if the student is ready.

ALIGNMENT

A series of exercises done on the floor to help strengthen and stretch. We recommend all students 10+ taking ballet to take an alignment class.
